Refunds are only granted within 30 days of providing original payment, are prorated based on days the rental space was occupied, and are subject to the Payment and Termination clauses of the Dino Storage Rental Agreement.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time that original payment was submitted. When the refund will appear on your statement depends upon the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. The typical refund times noted below are approximate only and cannot be guaranteed.

• Check: 2-4 Business Days

• Credit Cards: 1-4 Business Days
