QUESTIONS

Do I need insurance?  

We ask that all customers carry their own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.  

 

What are your rates?  

We offer affordable and competitive RV, vehicle and boat self-storage rates. Our rates vary depending on size. If you would like, please give us a call; and/or we can make arrangements to meet with you to discuss it in person.

 

What are your hours of operation?  

The automatic gates to the storage facility are operational 24 hours a day. We can be contacted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM everyday excepting Sundays and holidays.  Our office is not always occupied, but we can be available to meet with you with prior arrangements.  If the side gate is open, we are in the office.

   

What type of payments do you accept?  

We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Card. Online payments can be made through a secured (SSL) payment system.  We can also arrange to have your credit/debit card billed automatically each month.

 
What is the minimum rental commitment?  

Our lease is month to month, so you're never tied down to a long term contract. If you would like to rent storage for a longer period of time, we offer special discounts for long-term leases.  

 

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?  

A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease our storage slots. On RV, vehicle and boat spaces, current registration in the tenant's name is required.  

   

How long will it take to complete my transaction?  

The entire rental transaction usually takes less than 15 minutes.
